The Hurwitz Movable Enterprise Model. The flow of interaction in the model is bidirectional. A request is created in the Access layer and moves through the Translation layer to the Response/Coordination layer. Both Translation layers add context, while the Response/Coordination layer routes requests through the second Translation layer to the appropriate resource. The Translation layer between the Response/Coordination and Resources layers handles any necessary conversions and formatting issues. The Resources layer provides the response, which passes back up through the model.
